Artwork Guidelines
A simple checklist to help customers upload artwork that prints clearly and looks right on a flag.
Best File Types
PNG, JPG and WebP files are supported for uploads. Use the clearest version you have, especially for photos, badges and sponsor graphics.
Use Large Images
Small or blurry images may look acceptable on screen but can print poorly at flag size. Bigger, sharper files usually produce better results.
Check Spelling
Double-check names, dates, slogans and tributes before ordering. Custom flags are produced from the approved design.
Keep Important Details In From Edges
The full canvas prints, but hems, stitching and eyelets sit near the edge. Keep faces, names and key logos comfortably inside the edge guide.
Finished Designs
If you already have a complete flag design, use Upload Design and then Upload Full Artwork. This treats your artwork as the full flag canvas.
Permissions
Only upload artwork, badges, photos or logos you have permission to use. This is especially important for club crests and commercial logos.
