How Football Flags UK handles design drafts, uploaded artwork, AI prompts, order details and basic website cookies.
What We Store
When you use the designer, we may store your design name, selected flag size, colours, text, uploaded images, generated artwork, proof images, order notes and technical details needed to prepare your flag for print.
Saved Drafts
Draft designs are saved so you can return to them, but they are not permanent storage. Drafts are kept for 14 days and may then be deleted automatically unless they are attached to an order.
AI Flag Designs
If you use AI design features, your prompt and any reference images you provide may be sent to the AI provider to generate the flag artwork. AI-generated drafts follow the same 14-day draft retention rule unless ordered.
Orders & Production
When you continue to checkout, we keep the design, proof image, selected size, quantity and notes needed to process the order and help with customer support.
Cookies & Local Storage
The site uses browser storage to remember saved designs on your device, design preferences and basic session information. This helps the designer work smoothly and lets you return to recent drafts from the same browser.
Payments
Payments and checkout are handled by the secure checkout provider. Football Flags UK does not need to store full card details in the design tool.
