Do you offer free worldwide delivery?
Yes. Free worldwide delivery is included on custom football flag orders, so customers can design and order from anywhere without an extra delivery charge.
Can I upload my own finished flag design?
Yes. Choose Upload Design from the menu, then use Upload Full Artwork. You can preview it on the selected flag size before ordering.
Can I add club badges, logos or photos?
Yes, you can upload images into the designer. Customers are responsible for making sure they have permission to use any logos, badges, photos or artwork.
Will the whole canvas be printed?
Yes. The whole design canvas is intended for print. The edge guide is just a helpful reminder to keep important names, faces and logos away from hems, stitching and eyelets.
Can I change the flag size before ordering?
Yes. You can change size in the designer before reviewing and ordering. Always check the preview again after changing size.
Are the lifestyle mockups exact?
They are visual previews to help customers understand scale and appearance. Final fabric, colour and fold appearance can vary slightly in real life.
Can I return a custom flag?
Custom flags are made to order, so returns are normally only available if the item is faulty, damaged or not produced to the approved design.
What file types can I upload?
PNG, JPG and WebP files are supported. For the best print result, use the largest and clearest version of your artwork, badge, logo or photo.
What flag sizes are available?
The designer currently supports popular football flag sizes including 5ft x 3ft, 6ft x 4ft, 8ft x 5ft and 10ft x 6ft. The selected size and price are shown in the designer before review.
What is the edge guide?
The whole canvas is intended to print, but hems, stitching and eyelets sit near the edges. Keep important names, faces, dates and logos comfortably inside the edge guide.
Should I use Upload Image or Upload Full Artwork?
Use Upload Image for logos, photos, badges or graphics you want to place on a design. Use Upload Full Artwork when you already have a complete finished flag design.
Do flags come with eyelets?
The product flow is designed around football flags with metal eyelets included. Check the final product details at checkout before placing your order.
How long does delivery take?
Custom flags are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks. Timing can vary with artwork approval, production workload and destination.
Can I save or share my design?
Yes. You can save an unfinished design and use its review link to return to it or share it with someone you trust for feedback before ordering.
Can I change an order after payment?
Contact us as soon as possible if something needs changing. We can usually only amend an order before production has started, so changes after payment cannot be guaranteed.
Will you check my design before printing?
Yes. We carry out a basic review for obvious production problems and abusive messages targeting legally protected characteristics. This is not a proofreading service, so customers must still check names, dates, spelling, image choices, colours and layout carefully before ordering.
How accurate are printed colours?
The designer gives a close on-screen preview, but screens display colours differently and fabric printing can produce small variations. The finished flag may therefore vary slightly from the colours shown on your device.
How long are unfinished designs retained?
Unfinished draft designs are normally retained for 14 days and may then be deleted automatically. Designs connected to an order are kept with the order details needed for production and support.
Can you help if I cannot create the design myself?
Yes. You can use the AI designer to describe your idea, start from a template, or email hello@footballflagsuk.com with the details and we will help you choose the best route.
Are orders supplied with tracking?
Yes. Tracking is available after dispatch. Use the Track Order page with your order number and checkout email to see the current status and tracking reference.
Could international customers pay customs charges?
No. Football Flags UK covers shipping, customs and applicable taxes at the point of sale to keep the displayed price flat for customers in every destination. There should be no additional customs charge to pay on delivery.
How should the flag be cleaned and stored?
The best way to clean the flag is with a warm, damp cloth. A non-bleach-based cleaner can be used if needed. Allow the flag to dry fully before folding or rolling it, and store it in a clean, dry place.
